This post is my tribute to Steve Jobs. He invented a lot in the past that is part on what we have today. I remember during my grade school years that we used to study him, his inventions and the development of computers. Good old days, we used Printmaster that time haha.

Lusong Gunboat Shipwreck video
Last week me and my girlfriend went to Coron Palawan Philippines. We went to the Lusong Gunboat Shipwreck to do snorkeling. With the help of our boatman, he took a video of the shipwreck using our handy digicam.

1981 Yearbook of Mapua Institute of Technology
Mapua Institute of Technology was founded in 1925 by Don Tomas Mapua, the first registered Filipino architect, who graduated from Cornell University.
My father is an alumnus of Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) class of 1981. He graduated from the Electrical Engineering course. During his time, the president was Don Oscar B. Mapua Sr. As far as I know, the courses / degree programs offered during the 1980’s are Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering...

World War 2 medals
Today I would like to share to you pictures of my grandfather's World War 2 medals and pins. He served the military during wars in the Philippines. My mother kept this medals at our house in memory of my grandfather. When I saw this for the first time, I was amazed by the designs and the quotes engraved on it. Actually I don't know the name of the medals here, if anyone knows please comment and I'll appreciate it.

NBA Cards: Michael Jordan (97-98)
Last time I showed you my brother's Kobe Bryant cards, now I will show you my Michael Jordan cards. Unfortunately, I only have three MJ cards. It's very hard to get MJ cards especially inserts in boosters, they are very rare and valuable. I got the Upper Deck 1997 by buying the Chicago Bulls booster pack, yes they made a booster pack that only contains Chicago Bulls players. I don't know if the have done it with other teams. Hope you like the cards...

Toyota Corolla 2nd Generation E20
This is old Toyota Corolla 2nd Generation E20 that my Grandfather owned during the 70's. If I'm not mistaken this is a '73 edition. It was passed to my father during his teenage years and now me and my brothers are using it to practice our driving skill. The interior needs a lot of pimping, If I'll have more money I'll pimp this car...

Motorola Easy Call Pager/Beeper
A beeper or pager is a one-way (receiving) short messaging communications that is introduced during the 50’s but I think it became popular during the 90’s. Later developments of pagers allow the user to respond with a short message. At present it is still used by some markets and businesses. As far as I know, there are no more pager companies/services here in the Philippines...
